Built by Unovo. Shaped by the people around us.
Firmit is created by Unovo, a UK product and software studio based in Sheffield, with experience building digital platforms across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and field operations - helping organisations replace complexity with tools people actually enjoy using.
Rather than adapting enterprise software for smaller businesses, we started with a blank sheet of paper and built around the realities of working on the road, serving customers and getting paid. This isn't our first product.
But it isn't a product we're building alone. The future of Firmit has to be shaped by the people it's made for: the sole traders fitting jobs around family life, the growing teams getting more organised, and the customers who expect paying for great work to feel as professional as the work itself.
